Shipping & Lead times
Lead Times:
Please note that all our products are made to order. As a result, our processing and lead times are approximately 3-4 weeks. Cabinets, credenzas, dressers or any non-assembly required/freight items have longer lead times at 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we craft your unique item with care and attention to detail.
Shipping Policy:
We offer free ground and CURBSIDE freight shipping on all items, EXCLUDING AK and HI. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods:
We offer two primary shipping methods:
1. UPS Ground: Ideal for smaller packages, UPS Ground provides reliable delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
2. Freight Shipping: For larger items or bulk orders, we use freight shipping. Delivery times for freight shipping typically range from 7-14 business days, depending on your location and the size of the shipment. Buyer is responsible for offloading the unit from the freight truck. It is shipped as a whole piece and can easily be unstrapped from pallet upon delivery. We recommend two people be present when shipment arrives to avoid any additional charges. We have upgrade options for lift gate service and white glove delivery upon request. Phone number is required to schedule delivery. Please inspect all packages for obvious signs of product damage before accepting the delivery. If shipping damage occurs, you can refuse the delivery and the package will be sent back for repair.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
With UPS ground shipping you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. With freight shipping, we use multiple different shippers, some may or may not provide a tracking number- if no tracking number is provided, you will receive tracking updates directly through email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Urban Industrial NW is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Urban Industrial NW is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the United States or to AK or HI.
